The company's predecessor, "Shangyu Jinke Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd." was established in 1999.

2001:
Reorganized in May 2001, Zhejiang Jinke Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established.

2004:
In January 2004, the company changed its shareholding system to “Zhejiang Jinke Chemical Company Limited by shares.”

2009:

In October 2014, “Preparation of Sodium Carbonate by Seed Induction Method” won the second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award and the first prize of Shaoxing Science and Technology Award.

2015:
In May 2015, the company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 300459.
In June 2015, the company's “Jinke JINKE and Picture” trademark won the “China Well-known Trademark”
In 2015, the company acquired 60% equity of Huzhou Jichang Chemical Co., Ltd.
In 2015, Zhejiang Noah Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with Singapore Orient Company.
